Slowliving day 2007

A day dedicated to everyone that feels the world is turning too fast and cannot keep the
personal balance in such a turmoil; working and living in modern cities makes more and more difficult to maintain this balance, given the fact that we all have to fight hard against time, says Bruno Contigiani, president of the association “L’ Arte del Vivere con Lentezza”  (www.vivereconlentezza.it).

You don’t need to stop the world and try to get down; take your time and learn how to become the guardian of your time , starting from the little gestures of daily life, as we suggest to do from the 19th of February to the people who consider worries the rule of their day.
